Prior to her role as head of Commodities, Americas, Catherine was the CMO of J.P. Morgan, and before that she was the head of the Commodities business at J.P. Morgan for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In addition, she acted as Global Head of J.P. Morgan’s Commodity Finance business, Head of Global Commodities Marketing and Structuring, and co-head of the Energy Trading and Marketing business.

Catherine joined J.P. Morgan in 2005 and was nominated as the Most Influential Woman in European Investment Banking in 2011 and 2012, winning that award in 2012. She was recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in European Financial Markets (2010 and 2011). Catherine was named to the YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders Class of 2011. A long-time champion of diversity, Catherine has served on the Investment Banking Inclusive Leadership Council as well as on the J.P. Morgan Chase Diversity Council. Her passion for volunteerism led to her Board seat for the non-profit Part of the Solution (POTS), an organization in the Bronx that serves the basic needs of the community.

Catherine has an MA from Brown University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She is married with three sons.

Prior to joining Weiss, Viju was Chief Risk Officer at Eton Park Capital Management L.P. for eight years, a global alternative investments firm with approximately $12B under management. Before that, Viju managed a $500B balance sheet for the Institutional Equity Division at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director and Co-Head of Global Market Risk, Funding, Regulatory and Capital Management. At Morgan Stanley, he had prior roles as a portfolio manager of a global macro portfolio, as well as market risk management for over eight years.

Viju received his M.B.A. from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 1998 and his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1996.
